It is understood that a maximum of 12 Garage sales per year may be permitted before the use of the premises may be considered as commercial activity.
Council's Development Control Plan Prohibits the placing of any form of Advertising attached to a telegraph pole, tree, street post or the like including the use of a vehicle for the purpose of advertising.
There are no limitations on the time of day or day of week.
Garage sales do not require a permit.
